This Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy (“IP Policy”) forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. It applies to all content made available through the AdOnAuto mobile application and website at adonauto.com (the “Services”), including advertising creatives uploaded by advertisers.
1. Our Intellectual Property
The AdOnAuto name, logo, tagline (“Unstoppable Branding”), wordmark, the app and website, their design, text, graphics, and the underlying software are the property of BCreations or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written permission, except as expressly allowed by law.
2. Advertiser Content & Your Responsibilities
Advertisers retain ownership of the advertising creatives and brand assets they upload (“Advertiser Content”) and grant AdOnAuto a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, display, reproduce and distribute that content solely to operate their campaigns. By uploading Advertiser Content you represent and warrant that:
- you own it or have all necessary rights, licences and permissions to use it;
- it does not infringe any third party’s copyright, trademark, design, publicity or other rights;
- it is not counterfeit, misleading, defamatory or otherwise unlawful; and
- you have obtained any required consents for names, logos, images or likenesses it contains.
You are solely responsible for your content and you agree to indemnify AdOnAuto against claims arising from it, as described in our Terms of Service.
3. Reporting Copyright or IP Infringement (Notice & Takedown)
If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, trademark or other intellectual property right, send a written notice to our IP team at info@bcreations.in containing:
- your name, address, email and phone number;
- identification of the work or right you claim has been infringed;
- identification of the allegedly infringing material and enough detail for us to locate it (for example, the campaign, advertiser or a description of where it appears);
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights owner, its agent, or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf; and
- your physical or electronic signature.
4. Our Response
On receiving a valid notice, we will review it and may remove or disable access to the material we consider, in good faith, to be infringing, and notify the affected user. We may also take action under our repeat-infringer policy below. We aim to acknowledge complaints promptly and to act within the timelines required by applicable law.
5. Counter-Notice
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to info@bcreations.in including your contact details, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification. We may restore the material if appropriate and permitted by law.
6. Repeat Infringers
AdOnAuto will, in appropriate circumstances, suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
7. Trademarks
Use of any third-party trademark within Advertiser Content must be authorised by the trademark owner. Reports of trademark misuse can be sent to info@bcreations.in following the process in Section 3.
8. Misuse
Submitting false or bad-faith infringement claims may result in liability for damages. Please be sure before you submit a notice.
