Delete from within the app
The quickest way to delete your account is from the AdOnAuto mobile app:
- Open the AdOnAuto app and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account will be deactivated immediately and your personal data deleted as described below.
Request deletion by email
If you can’t access the app, email us from the address registered with your account and we will process your request:
- Send an email to info@bcreations.in with the subject “Account deletion request”.
- Include the email address and/or phone number associated with your account.
- We will verify the request and confirm once your data has been deleted.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, we remove the personal data associated with it, including:
- your profile (name, email, phone, address and role details);
- data obtained via Google Sign-In (name, email, profile picture URL and Google account identifier);
- any verification documents you uploaded, including any Aadhaar or other government-issued ID you chose to provide;
- GPS shift and location history linked to your account;
- bank/payout details on file; and
- your push-notification token, which stops further notifications.
What we may retain
We may retain a limited amount of information where required to comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations, to resolve disputes, or to prevent fraud and abuse — for example, transaction and invoice records. Such retained data is kept only as long as necessary and is then deleted or anonymised.
Revoking Google access
If you signed in with Google, you can also revoke AdOnAuto’s access independently at any time from your Google Account permissions page. Revoking access stops future Google Sign-In but does not by itself delete the AdOnAuto account — use one of the methods above to delete your account data.
Processing time
Deletion requests are typically completed within 30 days. We will confirm by email once your data has been removed.
